CANCELLATION POLICY

We will work with you if unforeseen issues happen, however, just like you we are planning this very carefully to exceed your expectations.   We are booking commitments carefully and staff up for these projects.  If you book and cancel before August 15 we will refund 90% of the total.  After August 15th we will refund 75% of the total.  After September 15th 50% of the total. After October 1 and onsite $25% of the total.  Thank you!
